A GUIDE TO THE VILLA NA CICHEJ
Welcome to Willa Na Cichej. We are glad that you have chosen our facility. We would like your stay with us to leave as pleasant memories as possible. We are not a categorized facility, but we strive for the highest possible standard of services.
In order to facilitate your stay, below are some important information about our facility:
Keys:
ou receive three keys – pink for the room, navy blue for the ski room and no color for the main entrance to the Villa.
Entrance to the ski room at the back of the building, next to the garages.
The keys can be returned in several ways - left at the door of the room, taken to the office or, if the office is closed, left in a basket with the inscription "return of keys" (the basket is located in the hall).
Recepcja
The reception (office on the ground floor at the main entrance) is at your disposal from 8:00 to 16:00 (except Wednesday and Sunday - closed).
Settlements for the stay on the day of arrival, or the next morning in the office.
You can pay for your stay by cash or card. Tourist tax - cash only.

Dining room
Breakfast is served in our dining room (lowest floor) from 8:00 to 10:00.
Instead of breakfast, you can receive a packed lunch (if you leave the villa before 8 am), please inform us by 3 pm.
From Friday to Sunday from 17:00 – 19:00 we invite you for a delicious, free coffee in the dining room.
Please do not take food and dishes out of the dining room.
Please leave your dishes on the table after you finish your meal.
Kitchenette
On the first floor, there is a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, cutlery, coffee, tea, sugar).
In the kitchenette you will also find extra toilet paper and garbage bags.

Parking
We have two parkingi – one at the main entrance and the other at the back of the building.

Hotel night
The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00
Please leave your keys upon departure at the door of the room, take it to the office or, if the office is closed, leave it in the basket with the inscription "key return" (the basket is on the desk in the hall).
In the facility at 22.00 - 6.00 night silence applies.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
You can smoke outside the building or on the balconies.
Other information
Playroom is located in the dining room.
Board games can be borrowed in the room.
Bikes and nordic walking sticks can be borrowed from the staff.
